The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Eastern Stephens County in north central Texas...

* Until 430 PM CST.

* At 400 PM CST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located near
  Lake Daniel, or near Breckenridge, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* These dangerous storms will be near...
  Caddo around 410 PM CST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Ivan.
