* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow with low visibility expected. 
  Total snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting as 
  high as 50 mph. Visibility one half mile at times.

* WHERE...Kivalina and Red Dog Dock.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing 
  snow will significantly reduce visibility. Snow drifts will 
  form.
