...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills between 
  minus five and five degrees.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, northwest and 
  west central Georgia.

* WHEN...For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 PM Saturday 
  to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if 
  precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
