...Impactful Wintry Weather Continues Across Parts of Northeast
Iowa...

.Although much of central into north central Iowa has changed to 
rain, heavy, wet snow continues over portions of northeastern 
Iowa where high snowfall rates of 1" or more per hour may persist
for another hour before precipitation changes to rain. Areas with
these high snow rates have seen travel impacts from reduced 
visibilities and quickly snow covered roads with improvements to 
road conditions occurring shortly after snow rates decrease. Gusty
winds also continue this afternoon with gusts up to around 35-40 
mph.
