...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 11 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

Winter weather advisories for the central Idaho Panhandle mountains, 
the Winchester and Nez Perce areas, and the northeast Blue Mountains 
will be allowed to expire at 11 AM PDT. Snow is no longer expected 
to impact mountain travel, and additional accumulations will be 
limited to the high terrain above 4000 feet this afternoon and 
overnight.
