...WIND CHILL WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 9 AM MST THIS MORNING...

Wind chills will remain below zero this morning in Bryce Canyon
before rising above zero this afternoon. In Zion, wind chills will
rise through the teens this morning in lower elevations and 
through the single digits in upper elevations. These values will 
rise above wind chill warning criteria, thus the warnings will be
allowed to expire.
