...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 3 PM MDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

As the snow has mostly ended, the Winter Weather Advisory is being
allowed to expire. However, more fog is possible later this
afternoon into this evening and if it develops will likely last
until early to mid tomorrow morning. Therefore, dense fog or
freezing fog advisories may be needed for areas between Laramie 
and Cheyenne.
