heavy rain along a line extending from Lone Oak to Sulphur
Springs. The line is nearly stationary and has produced over 3
inches of rain in some location across southwestern Hopkins
County. This rainfall will lead to excessive water runoff and
cause flash flooding. Low-lying areas are most vulnerable to
rapidly rising water. Some low-water crossings may flood and
become impassable.
