* At 616 PM HST, radar indicated heavy showers continuing to develop 
  along the windward side from Ahuimanu to Kahuku. Rainfall rates of 
  2 to 3 inches per hour are occurring. Elevated streams from recent 
  heavy rainfall in the area could rise rapidly and lead to overflow 
  onto Kamehameha Highway. 

* Locations in the warning include but are not limited to...
