Carroll, Franklin and Benton counties in Arkansas. The precipitation 

was in the Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was 

to the east at around 25 mph. The average amount where it rained 

last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum 

amounts of one half to three quarters of an inch. Coverage and 

intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast 

for this morning, mostly cloudy, occasional showers with 

thunderstorms likely with temperatures 62 to 70 degrees and 

southeast winds 5 to 15 mph.
