A dry storm system along with a cold front will move across our 

area on Monday. This storm system will bring windy conditions to 

KELP. The winds are expected to be sustained at 25 to 30 kts with 

gusts up to 45 kts between the west and northwest from 17Z to 06Z

Tuesday. The winds will subside thereafter. Along with the strong

winds, there will be the possibility of blowing dust that could 

reduce visibility of 1-3SM between 18Z and 02Z Tuesday.
