The flooding is more pronounced in the northern portion of Barnegat Bay, including tidal locations near Mantoloking and Bayshore. Tidal flooding is not expected along the ocean- side, with spottier minor flooding along the south end of Barnegat Bay. Water levels will gradually subside later tonight, though it is possible some spotty minor flooding may even linger into Saturday morning for northern parts of Barnegat Bay.
