...ILLINOIS RIVER TO BE NEAR FLOOD STAGE AT HENRY THIS WEEKEND...



This hydrologic outlook includes the following river in Illinois:



Illinois River...



River levels continue to rise on the Illinois River in response

to recent rainfall. By Saturday night, they will be near flood

stage at Henry, which is 23 feet. However, there remains some 

uncertainty as to whether or not it actually reaches that level. 



People with interests in the river near Henry should continue

to monitor later forecasts. Once there is more certainty about 

the river forecasts, a flood warning or statement will be issued 

if the threat materializes.
