...FLOOD WATCH FOR A DAM FLOODGATE RELEASE IN EFFECT THROUGH 

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by a dam release at the Norway Dam.



* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following 

  county, White.



* WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon.



* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. 

  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - Dam releases greater than 9000 cfs are possible into

    Wednesday afternoon.
