* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.



* WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, including the following 

  area, Adams IL and northeast Missouri, including the following 

  areas, Knox MO, Lewis MO, Marion MO, Monroe MO and Shelby MO.



* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Sunday morning.



* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - Thunderstorms moving across the same areas repeatedly may

    cause localized flooding due to heavy rain this evening

    through tomorrow morning.
