Showers and thunderstorms are again forecast in advance of the trough. Some of these storms could produce periods of locally heavy rainfall once again. Additional rainfall amounts through this evening could total one to two inches with isolated higher amounts. Soils and area bodies of water remain very saturated at this time and any additional rainfall will only exacerbate the already ongoing flooding from previous rainfall across the Four State Region. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop. && $$ 13
