Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are already well out of banks with additional heavy rain expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in heavy rain is expected through this evening; however, some scattered showers/storms are possible this afternoon which may contribute to the ongoing flooding. The next round of heavy rainfall is expected late tonight into Sunday.
