  possible.

  the following areas, Calhoun, Central Walton, Coastal Bay, Coastal 

  Franklin, Coastal Gulf, Coastal Jefferson, Coastal Taylor, Coastal 

  Wakulla, Gadsden, Holmes, Inland Bay, Inland Franklin, Inland 

  Gulf, Inland Jefferson, Inland Taylor, Inland Wakulla, Jackson, 

  Leon, Liberty, Madison, North Walton, South Walton and Washington,
