* WHERE...Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas, 

  Fayette, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of 

  Indiana, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Indiana and 

  Westmoreland and northern West Virginia, including the following 

  areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Preston, Ridges of Eastern 

  Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and Western Tucker.



* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Friday.



* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, 

  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

  Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas, 

  Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Armstrong, 

  Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Forest, Greene, Jefferson PA, Lawrence, 

  Mercer, Venango and Washington, and West Virginia, including the 

  following areas, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, 

  Ohio and Wetzel.



* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Friday.
