At 1131 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the thunderstorms have moved east of the warning area. However, moderate rains continue over the warning area that can still produce rainfall amounts between 1 to 2 inches per hour on top of the already 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen from the early thunderstorms. Law enforcement also reported via social media flash flooding on Southern Blvd near Washington Rd. 4 cars are stalled out in high waters. Flash flooding is ongoing in the area.
