LINCOLN, NORTHWESTERN LOGAN, NORTH CENTRAL MINGO AND SOUTHEASTERN 

WAYNE COUNTIES...



The heavy rain has ended. Flash flooding is no longer expected to 

pose a threat, but lingering high water issues will remain 

throughout the night. Please continue to heed remaining road 

closures.



A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT for portions of 

northeast Kentucky and West Virginia.
