...FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR CAROLINA, GUAYNABO, SAN JUAN 

AND TRUJILLO ALTO COUNTIES...



Flood waters continue to recede and the heavy rains have ended at 

this time. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat but 

additional rains remain possible later on. Please continue to heed 

remaining road closures and remain alert to ponded water on roads.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 AM AST Thursday for Puerto 

Rico and the U.S.Virgin Islands.
