  Southeastern Guernsey County in east central Ohio...

  Southeastern Harrison County in east central Ohio...

  Southwestern Jefferson OH County in east central Ohio...

  Western Monroe County in east central Ohio...

  Noble County in east central Ohio...



* Until 230 AM EDT.



* At 837 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 

  warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional 

  rainfall amounts of 0.8 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned 

  area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.



  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as

           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  St. Clairsville, Barnesville, Woodsfield, Caldwell, Dudley, 

  Bethesda, Flushing, Adena, Quaker City, Senecaville, Belmont,
