In Northern Maine, Aroostook. * WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1129 AM EDT, rain and snowmelt is occurring and expected to continue, and will cause minor flooding. This will cause small stream flooding. Rapid small river, creek and stream rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Snowmelt of 0.5 to 1.5 inch or more has or will occur over the next several hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain plus snowmelt will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
