* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.



* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following 

  counties, Barceloneta and Ciales along the river of Rio Grande de 

  Manati..



* WHEN...Until 630 AM AST.



* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 

  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.



USGS gauge sensors reporting the river Rio Grande de Manati is 

flowing out of it's bank due to previous heavy rainfall across the 

warned area. Rio Grande de Manati likely to be overflowed over PR2

  - At 310 AM AST, USGS gauge sensors reporting the river Rio

    Grande de Manati is flowing out of it's bank due to previous

    heavy rainfall across the warned area. Rio Grande de Manati

    likely to be overflowed over PR2.
