...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Nevada...



  Bruneau River At Rowland affecting Elko County.



.Warm temperatures will melt high mountain snowpack and increase 

river flows.



For the Bruneau River...including Rowland...elevated river levels 

are forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an 

alternative route.



Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHERE...Bruneau River at Rowland.



* WHEN...Until further notice.



* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Minor flooding of Forest Service roads. 

  Recreational use becomes limited.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 12:10 PM PDT Thursday the stage was 6.1 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.

  - The river remains in action stage, but may rise to minor

    flood stage in the coming days as warmer temperatures help

    melt some of the remaining nearby snowpack.

  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.

  - Action stage is 6.0 feet.

  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
