...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 AM EDT THIS MORNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.



* WHERE...A portion of east central Indiana, including the following 

  counties, Delaware, Henry and Randolph.



* WHEN...Until 730 AM EDT.



* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 321 AM EDT, Doppler radar estimated 2 to 4 inches of rain

    fell earlier. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin

    shortly in the advisory area.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    New Castle, Lynn, Mooreland, Losantville, Modoc, Blountsville

    and Summit Lake State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
