The Flood Warning will expire at noon AST today for a portion of 

Puerto Rico, including the following areas, Cabo Rojo, Hormigueros 

and Mayaguez. The levels of Rio Culebrinas has returned to the 

normals.



Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 

threat for now. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
