...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM AST THIS AFTERNOON...

...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...



* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 

  rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...San Juan and Carolina.



* WHEN...Until 415 PM AST.



* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other 

  areas is occurring.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 320 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to

    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream

    flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor

    flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain

    have fallen.

  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over

    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
