...The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a 

Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...Ohio...



  Tippecanoe River near Ora affecting Pulaski County.



  Eel River at North Manchester affecting Miami, Kosciusko, Whitley,

   Cass IN and Wabash Counties.



  Auglaize River near Fort Jennings affecting Paulding, Allen OH 

  and Putnam Counties.



For the Tippecanoe River...including Ora, Winamac, Norway Dam...

Minor flooding is forecast.

For the Eel River...including North Manchester...Minor flooding is 

forecast.

For the Auglaize River...including Fort Jennings, Defiance...Minor 

flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Eel River at North Manchester.



* WHEN...From late tonight to early Monday morning.



* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood waters approach businesses and homes 

  on South Mill Street.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 10:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 7.4 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.1 feet tomorrow

    evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday

    morning.

  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Auglaize River near Fort Jennings.



* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to early Saturday afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Minor flooding begins in the northwest 

  Ohio counties of northwest Allen, northeast Van Wert, and 

  southwest Putnam. Farm land nearest the Auglaize river will be 

  affected by flood water.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 10:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 7.4 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0

    feet early tomorrow afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

  - At 10:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    tomorrow evening to a crest of 12.7 feet Saturday evening. It

    will then fall below flood stage Monday evening.

  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
