...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO JUST AFTER 

MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Bayou Des Cannes near Eunice.



* WHEN...From this afternoon to just after midnight tonight.



* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding begins along the bayou with 

  a few structures right along the bayou threatened.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 1:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours

    ending at 1:15 PM CDT Saturday was 16.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is cresting near 16.0 feet this

    afternoon will fall below flood stage this evening and

    continue falling to 6.6 feet early Thursday afternoon.

  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
