...The National Weather Service in Charleston WV has issued a Flood 

Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...West Virginia...



  Ohio River At Willow Island Lock affecting Tyler, Pleasants, Wood 

  and Washington Counties.



For the Ohio River...Minor flooding is forecast.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.



Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll 

free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON TO EARLY MONDAY 

AFTERNOON...



* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.



* WHERE...Ohio River at Willow Island Lock.



* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to early Monday afternoon.



* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Ohio Route 7 starts to flood at Collins 

  Run, just south of Matamoras.

  At 37.0 feet, Ohio State Route 7, Township Road 443, and Township 

  Road 19 at Newell Run and Lenards Landing floods.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 11:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 33.2 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage

    early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 39.3 feet Sunday

    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning.

  - Flood stage is 37.0 feet.

  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

    38.5 feet on 03/13/2011.
