...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.



* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the 

  following counties, Pleasants and Tyler.



* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT Saturday.



* IMPACTS...Flooding of Middle Island Creek and it's tributaries is 

  occurring.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 124 AM EDT, gauge reports indicate that lower portions of

    Middle Island Creek continue to flood.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    St. Marys, Middlebourne, Arvilla and Point Lookout.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.



Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 

dangers of flooding.
