* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected along Rio 

  Blanco.



* WHERE...Naguabo.



* WHEN...Until 1230 PM AST.



* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 

  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 919 AM AST, USGS gauge reports indicated  that Rio Blanco

    reached minor flood Stage. Flooding is already occurring in

    the surrounding roads.





PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 

deaths occur in vehicles.
