...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 AM AST THIS MORNING...



* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.



* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following 

  counties, Barceloneta and Ciales along the river of Rio Grande de 

  Manati.



* WHEN...Until 630 AM AST.



* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 

  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.



Rio Grande de Manati likely to be overflowed over PR2.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 305 AM AST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding

    is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.

  - Flooding is occurring along the Rio Grande de Manati .

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...

    Barceloneta and Ciales.
