will persist heading into the weekend.  Temperatures will remain

seasonably cool through Thursday before  warmer and drier conditions

Friday through Monday. Onshore flow  will remain resulting in gusty

winds for inland valleys, gaps, and passes.

Dry conditions with low daytime humidity in the interior will

continue this week. High temperatures are forecast  to remain above

average through the week in the interior. Coastal  areas will remain

cooler with much higher humidities. Strong  northerly winds will

generally diminish for the remainder of the  week, however a few

ridges and coastal headlands will remain gusty on Wednesday.

Otherwise, winds will become mostly diurnally  driven and locally

gusty during the afternoons. Hotter interior  temperatures are

forecast this weekend while coastal areas see an  increase in

stratus and perhaps fog. There is a low chance (about  10%) for an

isolated thunderstorms with daytime heating over the  Klamath

Mountains Sunday through Tuesday of next week.
