Hot temperatures and thunderstorms today may lead to lightning 

ignitions in receptive fuels and produce strong outflow winds. 

Beginning Wednesday, increasing westerly winds combined with low 

humidity and poor overnight recoveries will generate localized 

elevated to critical conditions.
