.DISCUSSION...



An upper low currently centered over Nevada and Utah will continue 

to drift to the southeast to near the Four Corners by Saturday morning. 

This low is forecast to bring isolated, high-based showers or thunderstorms

to the burn location Saturday afternoon. Strong and gusty outflow winds 

will be the main impact from any shower or thunderstorm that develops

near the burn unit Saturday afternoon. A slight wind shift to a more west

northwest direction is expected with the showers during the afternoon 

as the associated surface cold front moves through western Socorro county.

                    and snow showers in the afternoon.
