A stalled frontal boundary across South Arkansas is starting to lift back north as a warm front with southerly to southeasterly winds returning to all fire districts today. 20 ft wind speeds will generally range between 5-10 mph with higher gusts around 15 mph. With warm air advection prevailing, Gulf moisture will be quite abundant so minimum RH values should average between 45-50 percent later this afternoon. Mixing heights will range from around 5000-5500 feet this afternoon with very good mixing and dispersion.
