.DISCUSSION...High pressure then builds in with a developing thermal 

trough, resulting in very warm and dry conditions and east breezes 

through the weekend. These east winds will be breezy in the afternoons

and early evenings and diminish somewhat overnight. These east winds

will also continually bring humidities and recoveries lower over

time.
