Showers on the back edge of the tropical cyclone will continue to pivot into the region tonight. While the heaviest rain has moved out, flooding is ongoing across portions of the eastern Midlands and Pee Dee and will likely continue with gradual improvement during the next few hours. POTENTIAL IMPACTS ----------------- * FLOODING RAIN: While the heavy rain has moved out of the forecast area, potential impacts from localized flooding are still unfolding across portions of the eastern Midlands and Pee Dee. Remain well guarded against locally hazardous flood waters having limited impacts. Elsewhere across the Midlands of central South Carolina and east central Georgia CSRA, little to no impact is anticipated.
