Part 3 Forecast
South of line 09S138E 09S142E:
Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Low swell.

Remainder:
Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to
low to moderate swell south of line 01S090E 09S105E.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout most of the area except
south of line 10S110E 07S130E 13S142E. Heavy at times east of line 10S137E
00N137E, within 60nm of lines 09S090E 10S099E, and 02S121E 02S124E. Visibility
reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
