Trough near 03S142E 09S170E, forecast slow moving.

East to southeasterly trade wind flow regime over much of the region south of
10S.

Part 3 Forecast
South of line 09S142E 07S150E 10S170E:
Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots, increasing to 20/30 knots within 60nm
of line 10S147E 14S145E. Moderate to rough seas. Low to moderate swell.

Remainder:
Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to
low to moderate swell south of line 07S163E 07S170E.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly north of line 10S142E
11S148E 12S170E, and within 60nm of Queensland east coast. Heavy at times
within 120nm of line 07S142E 08S160E 10S170E. Visibility reducing below 2nm in
precipitation.
