Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Low swell.



Within 120nm of line 12S129E 11S116E:

Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Low to

moderate swell.



South of line 10S134E 10S142E:

Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots turning clockwise within 180nm of

tropical low. Winds speeds reaching up to 30knots at times within 60nm of low.

Moderate to rough seas. Low swell.



Remainder:

Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to

moderate west of line EQ097E 12S116E.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout most of

area except south of line 12S105E 05S094E 08S090E. Heavy at times within 120nm

of tropical low. Visibility reducing below 2nm in precipitation.
