VIS      : Good.



ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):

WIND     : S to SE 10 to 15 but S to SW 05 to 15 in the extreme east at

           times.

VIS      : Good but moderate in isolated thundershowers in the north-

           east.



ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):

WIND     : SE 10 to 20 but NE 10 to 20 in the south-east. it will be NW

           10 to 20 becoming SW 15 to 25 in the south-west spreading

           eastwards.

VIS      : Moderate in showers and rain in places.

SEA STATE: 3.0m in the extreme south-west, with NW swell.



TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):

WIND     : S to SE 15 to 25 becoming NE 10 to 15 in the southwest.

VIS      : Good.



TRISTAN (30S/40SE, 00E/20W):

WIND     : N to NE 10 to 20 in the east, otherwise N to NW 20 to 30

           reaching 35 in the south first half of the period. It will

           become W to SW 20 to 30 in the extreme west spreading to the

           central parts reaching 35 to 45 in the south second half of

           the period.

VIS      : Moderate to poor in showers and rain.

SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m reaching 4.5 to 5.5m in places in the west, SW

           swell.



CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):

WIND     : SE 20 to 30 reaching 35 in the extreme east, but NE 10 to 20

           in the west reaching 25 in the south-west.

VIS      : Good.

SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m over the north-eastern parts reaching 4.5m, S to

           SE swell.
