Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Moderate swell.



South of line 09S131E 09S135E 13S141E and within 90nm of line 13S129E 11S123E

11S113E:

Southeasterly quarter winds 15/25 knots. Moderate to rough seas. Low swell.



Remainder:

Winds not exceeding 20 knots. Slight to moderate seas. Low swell, increasing to

low to moderate swell west of line EQ092E 12S115E.



Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms throughout most of the

area. Heavy at times within 90nm of line 10S135E 14S139E. Visibility reducing

below 2nm in precipitation.
