northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

A marginal risk of severe thunderstorms starts just after noon and

lasts into the evening hours. Primary hazards will be wind gusts up 

to 60 mph, hail up to the size of half dollars, and locally excessive

rainfall which could produce localized flooding.
