SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...Thunderstorm Potential. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... A slight chance of thunderstorms will return for both Tuesday and Wednesday primarily along and south of Interstate 40. Severe weather is not expected with any storms that do develop. The weather pattern will become more unsettled by late week into the upcoming weekend. Storms are expected to develop along and ahead of a cold front Thursday and continue eastward Thursday night into Friday. Severe weather will be possible during this time frame with potential for large hail, locally damaging winds, and tornadoes.
