This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central

Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east

central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast

Missouri.



.DAY ONE...OVERNIGHT



Scattered to isolated showers and thunderstorms will develop over

northern Iowa and then move east to southeast across areas mainly

north of the Highway 30 corridor overnight. Although the threat

for severe weather has diminished, some stronger storms may still

be able to produce gusty winds and small hail. Locally heavy

rainfall will also be possible, and ponding of water or even urban

and small stream flooding may occur where the storms move over the

same areas into early Thursday morning.



.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY



Off and on showers and storm chances persist Thursday through 

Tuesday. At this time no severe weather is expected in the 

extended forecast.

There is a low chance that spotter activation will be needed

overnight north of Highway 30.
