Widespread severe weather is not expected. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected through the weekend as a slow moving system moves through the area. Rainfall totals will range from three to five inches for most of the state with locally higher amounts of 5 to 7 inches possible over portions of western and southwest Arkansas. Localized flooding can not be discounted especially Thursday afternoon and Friday night mainly over western and southwestern Arkansas.
